When we can communicate with authentic expression fearlessly we embody the message we bring.
These skills are essential in order to understand ourselves. As well as to learn to relate and feel others.
Authentic expression is the place of release. It is where art happens. It is when we can be free, whatever form it takes however big or small. It is the process, and the reward.
When we learn these tools well we can explore the parts of ourselves we fear, and heal the hurts trapped in parts of ourselves we cannot see.
